Prenatal and Postpartum Strength Training
Mindful Strength - resistance work with weights, bands
Prenatal yoga
Yoga - asana, breath work and meditation
Guided self massage - for a home practice or those who want massage but prefer not to be touched
Mobility
Rates
30 min session - $60 Movement only (after initial 60 or 90 minute session)
60 min session - $120 Movement or Massage
90 min session - $160 Movement, massage or combined services
