I specialize in a variety of massage techniques that can help relieve muscular tension, stress, chronic pain, and sports injuries. My goal is to create a healing environment where you can experience physical relief and overall relaxation through caring touch.

Strength Training with weights, bands, bodyweight
Prenatal and Postpartum Strength Training
Prenatal yoga
Yoga - asana, breath work and meditation
Guided self massage - for a home practice or those who want massage but prefer not to be touched
Mobility
Rates
30 min session - $60 Movement only (after initial 60 or 90 minute session)
60 min session - $120 Movement or Massage
90 min session - $165 Movement, massage or combined services
